Americo HVAC Supply New England is hiring HVAC sales representatives, who identify customers' needs and recommend solutions. Our sales reps manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving our company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups
- Conduct site visits and consultations with customers to assess their HVAC needs
- Present and explain HVAC products and solutions
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts
Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, technologies, and industry trends
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and warranties
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide after-sales support
- Coordination and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with installation teams, engineers, and service technicians to ensure delivery and implementation
- Work with sales managers to meet or exceed goals
- Administrative Tasks:
- Track and report sales activity and performance using CRM tools
- Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities are accurately documented
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales or customer service experience (HVAC or technical sales preferred)
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally in New England
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC industry or construction sales
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and energy efficiency standards
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
